AG Air Flow

During processing, some types of press felts are soaked with chemical solutions, which are dried and cured. If the drying is achieved in an Air Through system, the solution might migrate towards one face of the felt, resulting in uneven distribution of the chemicals. For such processes, a heatsetting system having supply and return air zones placed symmetrically to the felt might be preferable. The AG Air Flow system is designed in this manner, with a cross section as shown.
