AG design and deliver all parts of the filter system; from hood to stack. Together with the customer we analyse the challenges and design the filter system for optimal performance in each case.
Dynamic separator - pre separator - cyclone
Dynamic separators utilize the particle velocity and mass to separate particles from a contaminated air stream.
- Suited for simple processes or as a pre-separator to a filter

Ducting
Ducts form the veins of a de-dusting system and a well designed duct system is essential to attain a good result. AG deliver ducts in a variety of sizes and materials, and design each system for optimal function. We also supply all types of accessories, like brackets, dampers, compensators, gauges, etc.
Hoods
For collection of process gas correct shaping and positioning of the hood is absolutely essential. Our hoods are tailor made for customer process and requirements.
Dampers
In a duct system, and in connection with a filter, there will often be a need for being able to shut off or regulate the air flow to or from different sections and processes. AG deliver all types of dampers for industrial purposes.
Venturi
There are several ways to monitor and regulate the airflow in a duct system. Most fans today are run by means of a frequency converter where airflow and pressure can be adjusted. One simple and cost effective way of measuring the airflow in large ducts is by inserting a venturi. We also supply different types of OEM electronic flow measuring devices, adjusted to the process demands.
Fans
The fan is of course essential in a air transporitng system. We carry a wide variety of radial and axial fans to suit most tasks. Together with our partners we also deliver tailor made fans where this may be necessary.
Silencers
Most of our customers have a special awareness when it comes to noise emission as this is a problem that affects employees as well as the local community. We have noise reducing measures for all our equipment to reduce noise emission where this is necessary.
Energy recovery
AG hold extensive experience in recovering energy from heated processes. In addition to reducing the total energy consumption of a facility, cost and environmental footprint can be further reduced by recovering thermal energy from the process. There are several ways of recovering this energy, depending on the intended use.
Dust handling
Dust gathered in a filter unit must be handled responsibly with care. Many methods can be used, but choosing the right method depends on the type of dust, placement, temperature, experience and the preferations of the customer. Read more about powder handling.
